Dean of Health and Medical Technologies Faculty Conducts Inspection Visit to Anesthesia Department to Support Student Needs and Academic Development

- - Proceeding from the commitment to enhancing the quality of education and practical training, Dean of Health and Medical Technologies Faculty conducted an inspection visit to Anesthesia Department. The visit reflected the Dean’s determination to closely monitor the educational process and directly assess the Department’s needs. Additionally, the visit commenced with a meeting with the Department’s academic staff members, during which a range of challenges faced by students in their practical training was discussed, alongside strategies to develop the curriculum to meet modern requirements in the fields of anesthesia and intensive care. Furthermore, the Dean expressed particular interest in the provision of up-to-date tools and equipment to advance students’ practical skills, with special emphasis on the importance of strengthening the applied aspects of the Department’s academic programs. Listening attentively to their views and suggestions on the academic and practical training processes, the Dean also met with a group of students, and reaffirmed the Faculty’s pledge to the provision of the highest standards of education as well as the fulfillment of students’ academic and training needs. It bears noting that the visit forms part of a slew of regular inspection tours undertaken by the Faculty Dean, aimed at raising educational and training standards and enhancing the quality of services offered across the Faculty’s various Departments.
